A note from Anna Lou...

 

The Spring Summer jewellery collection celebrates beauty and elegance, and I have used many different materials including solid Sterling silver, with 18kt Rose gold and 18kt gold plating as well as Stainless Steel and my signature material ‘resin’. All items are handmade and are created in my design studio in London. The collection appears in a cool, pastel and transparent colour palette. Every detail is extremely important to me, and I am continually raising the quality to the highest level to create new and powerful jewellery and accessories.

I have added another string to my bow with the exciting launch of my 100% silk scarves, all Handmade in England. I wanted to share with you my passion for stunning visuals and vibrant colours and create beautiful wearable pieces.
I worked in collaboration with Illustrator, Jennie Edwards on the new collection of scarves. We took iconic British landscape scenes and transformed them into key styles as well as magnifying scanned images of the insides of crystals.
The British collection of scarves which are all hand rolled consist of 3 designs. The stunning white cliffs of Dover in shades of blue, turquoise and aqua. Natural tones of greens and mocha are the base for the calming country scene scarf and for the ultimate city girl inside, London’s Big Ben skyline takes over and makes a powerful statement to any outfit.

She uses 100% silk for the scarves and 100% soya wax for the scented candles and all are handmade in the UK

This season Anna Lou of London has appointed Olivia Purvis the model/ blogger from www.whatoliviadid.com as their brand ambassador who is modelling the Spring / Summer 2013 collection. Olivia is a great fit for the brand with her beautifully British natural style and her fearless approach to fashion which embodies the Anna Lou of London girl.

 

Big-name shops such as House of Fraser (nationwide), Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Selfridges, ASOS ( UK ), Isetan, Takashimaya, United Arrows, Hankyu ( Japan), Printemps and Le Bon Marche ( Paris) , Karstadt ( Germany nationwide )and brands like Topshop, Jaegar, Rayban, Disney, Hello Kitty, Nokia and Urban Outfitters have collaborated with Anna Lou of London. The creativity of Anna Lou of London has no limits.
