All orders are confirmed upon receipt and we aim to dispatch all orders the same day (we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays) providing your order is in stock. Please be aware when placing your order, that personalised items can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. All orders are sent on a signed for service which will require the recipients signature upon receipt so please take this into account when choosing your delivery address.

Please note that Anna Lou of London is not responsible for the loss of any parcel after confirmed dispatch date. Should a parcel be deemed as "lost in transit" Anna Lou of London can only dispatch the order again after 30 days from when the order was originally placed.

By choosing our Standard Delivery option your order will be sent with Royal Mail's Second Class Delivery Service and will reach you in 2-3 days from date of dispatch, however on exceptional circumstances we advise up to 14 days for delivery (e.g. Postal strikes, bad weather etc).

Free UK Standard Delivery does not apply to Trade or International customers. Please see further terms below.


Our Express Delivery is a NEXT DAY delivery service with Royal Mail's 24 Hour Tracked Service Delivery service which will arrive between 9am and 5pm. You will need to receive your order by 2pm for your parcel to be dispatch the same day. This is subject to your order being in stock.

For our Next Day delivery service we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you, and if you wish, refund you the postage difference between NEXT DAY and Standard Delivery. You will need to receive your order by 2pm for your parcel to be dispatch the same day. This is subject to your order being in stock.


  • We use a Royal Mail International Air Sure service for all overseas orders and the price varies dependent on your country, with an extra charge per extra item. Please check your country in the shopping bag to determine postage costs to your country.
  • On average delivery takes 2 days from date of dispatch but can take longer. Your package will need to be signed for on receipt and cannot be delivered to post box addresses.
  • All items are insured and trackable. A signature will be required on receipt.

  • Minimum delivery charge for all trade customers is £10.00.
  • Delivery is calculated by weight and delivery destination.
  • Free Standard delivery does not apply to trade customers.


  • All internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Each countries customs arrangements are different. Please be aware we are not liable for charges levied or delay of items held at customs.
  • Legally we are obligated to mark all international shipments with the true value of the goods. If your item is a gift, although we can remove the value from the delivery note, we cannot from the shipment’s customs information on the package.


  • Orders made on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • Any orders which need items to go to separate and different address need to be ordered separately.
  • You must we registered with ALOL LTD to place an order, and at registration we ask you for your billing address and delivery address. Please make sure when you select your delivery address it is the correct one and you are able to sign for it at that address. You may amend your delivery address at any time with the edit/remove functions.
  • If you are not in or unable to sign for the package, it will be sent to a local delivery depot and a card will be posted through your letter box to let you know how to arrange pick up or re-delivery.
