CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Orders placed between 27th November – 24th December can be returned up until the 10th January 2010. All other orders out of these dates are subject to our Standard Returns Policy of 14days.

In the highly unlikely event that you aren't happy with your Anna Lou gift, simply send it back to us free of charge. Print off our FREEPOST returns form and post it back to us within 14 days.

Anna Lou will happily refund your purchase or organise a new replacement. For more details see our T&C's.
