Anna Lou's collection of high quality bespoke personalised 0.925 Sterling silver, 18kt gold plated and 18kt rose gold plated Sterling Silver jewellery is handmade to order and offers you the opportunity to create a totally unique piece of jewellery that will last forever. The collection is Made in the UK and Italy and all Sterling Silver is ethically sourced. So if you have a special occasion coming up or you are in the mood to treat yourself you've struck gold! These engraved initial disc bracelets are: Sterling silver 0.925. Thickness: 0.7mm / 0.03". Height of pendant: 15.5mm x 15.5mm0.6" x 0.6". Chain style: Sterling Silver Rollo chain. All orders are confirmed upon receipt and we aim to dispatch all orders the same day (we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays) providing your order is in stock. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. All orders are sent on a signed for service which will require the recipients signature upon receipt so please take this into account when choosing your delivery address.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
In the highly unlikely event that you aren't happy with your Anna Lou gift, simply send it back to us within 14 days.

Anna Lou will happily refund your purchase or organise a new replacement. For more details see our T&C's.

Bespoke personalised items are not eligable for a refund as they are all made to order. If for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase we will do our best to resolve the problem by remaking the item.

Please note that In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or hair accessories unless proven faulty.
