All orders are confirmed upon receipt and we aim to dispatch all orders the same day (we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays) providing your order is in stock. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. All orders are sent on a signed for service which will require the recipients signature upon receipt so please take this into account when choosing your delivery address.

In the highly unlikely event that you aren't happy with your Anna Lou gift, simply send it back to us within 14 days.

Anna Lou will happily refund your purchase or organise a new replacement. For more details see our T&C's.

Bespoke personalised items are not eligable for a refund as they are all made to order. If for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase we will do our best to resolve the problem by remaking the item.

Please note that In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or hair accessories unless proven faulty.
