STANDARD DELIVERY 2-3 DAYS
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. We offer free delivery on orders over £45. For orders below £45 we will charge £3.50 for standard postage.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY DPD- £6
Please provide us with your mobile number and email, Royal Mail will send you a text or email on the day of delivery with your one hour delivery timeslot. If you are not available on the delivery date and time given in your text or email, you can change your delivery date for the next couple of days.
Please note all non-bespoke orders placed before 4pm will arrive the very next day. All bespoke orders will take 10-14 working days to be made. Once your order has arrived with us please allow a further day for your item to be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 3-7 WORKING DAYS- £10
- We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Delivery service for all overseas orders.
- On average delivery takes 2-3 days from the date of dispatch but can take longer for countries outside the EU. Your package will need to be signed for on receipt.
- All items are insured and trackable.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
- All internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Each countries customs arrangements are different. Please be aware we are not liable for charges levied or delay of items held at customs.
- Legally we are obligated to mark all international shipments with the true value of the goods. If your item is a gift, although we can remove the value from the delivery note, we cannot from the shipment’s customs information on the package.
- All orders are confirmed upon receipt and we aim to dispatch all orders the same day (we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays) providing your order is in stock. Please be aware when placing an order, that all personalised items can take up to 2 weeks. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.
- Orders made on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
- Any orders which need items to go to separate and different address need to be ordered separately.
- You must we registered with ALOL LTD to place an order, and at registration we ask you for your billing address and delivery address. Please make sure when you select your delivery address it is the correct one and you are able to sign for it at that address. You may amend your delivery address at any time with the edit/remove functions.
