9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Restorative Yoga

• Calm your nervous system with gentle, restorative poses.

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Crystal Healing Session

• Discover how crystals can promote balance and positive energy flow.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Snack Break

• Refresh with healthy snacks.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Conscious Breathwork Session

• Deepen your connection to yourself through guided breathwork.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch

• Enjoy a nutritious, delicious meal together.

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Vision Journaling

• Participate in a journaling exercise reflecting on personal goals and inspirations.

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Jewellery Design with Anna Lou

• Sketch a jewellery piece inspired by your reflections and work with Anna Lou on your design.

3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Forest Bathing in the Woodland

• Experience the calming effects of nature, utilizing the forest to soothe the nervous system and inspire creativity.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Snack Break

• A quick break to refuel and recharge.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Jewellery Creation Session

• Continue any unfinished design work and finalize your affirmation word necklace.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Cacao and Angel Card Reading Ceremony

• Participate in a beautiful ceremony to close the day with gratitude and connection.

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Reflection and Closing Circle

• Reflect on the day’s experiences, share insights, and say goodbye

Crystal Healing Explanation:

Crystals have been used for centuries for their healing properties. They harness natural energy that can help balance the mind, body, and spirit, reducing stress, enhancing creativity, and promoting emotional balance.

Forest Bathing Explanation:

Forest bathing, or "shinrin-yoku," involves immersing oneself in the natural environment to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote relaxation and creativity.

By the end of this retreat, everyone will have a meaningful affirmation word necklace based on their personal intentions, drawing a beautiful connection between creativity and self-expression. Those who want their design made into actual jewellery can decide after the event.
